If you are having problems with your water heater, you will either need it replaced or repaired depending on the problem. In some instances, it can be a small fix, then you will be able to access your hot water again. The general rule of thumb is if your water heater is about 15 years old and you are experiencing issues it is best that it is replaced. We are happy to come out and do a consultation that way we can point you in the right direction. In the meantime, some signs that you can look out for can be no hot water at all, the water is a rust-color and has an unusual odor, or leaking around the tank itself. This can indicate that you are having water heater issues.
Eliminate the worry entirely and go tankless! Tankless water heaters use direct heat from the plumbing system allowing you to access hot water anytime you want. Not to mention you no longer have to worry about running out of hot water.
